Job summary

Elara Caring in Dallas is seeking a Director of Finance with leadership in FP&A, budgeting, and performance management to guide the finance team and support growth in the home care industry.

You will report to the Vice President of Finance, drive financial planning processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver targeted reporting while advancing strategic initiatives.

The base salary ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 and reflects education, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role or other related field.
• Hands-on experience with financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reimbursement analysis, and performance management.
• Prior experience in Personal Care Services (PCS) is required.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Excellent presentation, analytical, and communication skills.

The base salary for this position is $160,000-$180,000 and is based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.

What is Required?
