• 15+ years in life sciences industry.
• 8+ years managing Veeva CRM and directly supporting field teams.
• 8+ years technology-related project management experience.
• 5+ years managing a team of 3+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM initiatives, processes, and governance for US Commercial Field Technology.
• Define and drive a comprehensive US Commercial CRM strategy and roadmap.
• Oversee end-to-end CRM lifecycle, integrations, and field engagement optimization.
• Ensure alignment of CRM with sales and marketing goals across business units.
• Develop SOPs and scalable processes; mentor a high-performing team.
