Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a senior CRM leader responsible for managing the Veeva/VeevaVault landscape across field teams and internal groups. You will drive policy, architecture, data integrity, and analytics to maximize field productivity and compliance.

The role requires extensive biotech/pharma sales operations experience, strong project management, and proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives while coordinating with Marketing, IT, and Field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance/Marketing/related field with 12+ years in sales operations (biotech/pharma) or
• MBA with 8+ years in a related role preferred

Responsibilities

• Own CRM platform and Veeva data for field/internal teams.
• Lead development of Veeva CRM policies and Vault modules.
• Coordinate cross-functional CRM initiatives with Field Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.
• Oversee Veeva system changes, security, licenses, and user access.
• Provide analytics on Veeva activity to leadership and manage vendor relationships.
