Job summary

Sanofi in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Director, US Field Reporting Specialist Care to lead the design, development, and operations of field reports for US Specialty Care commercial teams, partnering with Sales Leadership and GTMC to translate data into actionable insights.

You will manage the Field Reporting Hub and vendor partnerships, drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, ensure governance, and mentor a team of associates to deliver high-impact reporting and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience managing teams within matrix organizations.
• Background in multicultural environments and global or cross-regional project leadership.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical data sources and field analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and operations of field reports across all US Specialty Care Commercial customer-facing teams.
• Build strategies, processes, and tools to deliver actionable insights and high-impact field engagement.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting to modernize field reporting infrastructure.
