Job summary

Sanofi US Services is seeking a Director for Field Reporting across Vaccines and General Medicines in the US. This role leads design, development, and operations of field reports to monitor performance and enable data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, GTMC, ITS, and vendor partners, manage the Field Reporting Hub and Associate Directors, and drive innovative analytics and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Pharmaceutical Commercial Analytics, Reporting, or Sales Operations.
• Experience leading field teams and cross-functional partnerships.
• Track record delivering high-value analytics and insights.
• Regulated industry experience with strong compliance.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for field reporting across US Vaccines and General Medicines.
• Develop and operate field reports enabling performance monitoring.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered analytics and automation.
• Collaborate with ITS, Commercial, Market Access, and other teams.
• Lead, develop and govern the reporting team and budgets.
