BridgeBio seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (Associate Director level) to lead community access initiatives for our products in the United States, focusing on streamlined reimbursement and close collaboration with providers. You will navigate complex access and authorization processes, ensuring compliant programs for patients and healthcare teams.

The role requires 5–8 years in biotech/pharma, strong data analysis and strategic planning, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Experience in market access, community access or community services.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Access Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing community access to the company's products and therapies.
• Access Expertise: Serve as an in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure all access and reimbursement activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with healthcare provider offices, pharmacies, and others to address access issues and streamline pathways.
• Pharmacy Network Management: Evaluate, onboard and manage institutional pharmacies for community access.
• Data Analysis: Use data tools to assess the efficiency of access and reimbursement processes.
