Job summary

BridgeBio Inc. is seeking a senior leader for field reimbursement to guide provider-facing education and access initiatives across the U.S. This remote field role involves strategic development, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, Legal, and Trade teams.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in biotech/pharma focusing on reimbursement and market access, with a strong understanding of U.S. payer environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or pharmacy background preferred.
• 8–10+ years in biotech/pharma with focus on reimbursement, market access, or patient services.
• Experience leading field-based reimbursement teams and knowledge of U.S. payer environments.

• Base salary $210,000 - $250,000 USD, plus annual bonus and equity.
