Job summary

Definium Therapeutics, a late-stage biopharma focused on pioneering psychiatry therapeutics, seeks a Director of Field Operations to scale commercial readiness through robust field processes and technology.

You will own day-to-day field operations infrastructure—territory and roster administration, targeting deployment, CRM workflows, reporting, and launch support—collaborating with IT, Commercial Analytics, and Sales leadership to ensure efficient execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required in business, life sciences, analytics, healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness in pharma/biotech.
• Pre-launch or launch execution experience in specialty or complex therapeutics.
• Hands-on experience with CRM operations and field governance (Veeva, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to translate strategy into executable processes and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the field operations roadmap, launch milestones, SOPs, governance, service levels, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, system access, equipment, training logistics, roster management, and operational support with HR, IT, and Sales leadership.
• Operationalize field force designs, territory alignments, account hierarchies, target lists, call plans, and launch-wave transitions.
• Serve as commercial owner for CRM workflows, requirements, UAT, releases, adoption, and IT collaboration.
• Ensure data integrity across accounts and field activity; implement automation and approved AI workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead IC administration, eligibility, goal-setting, payout validation, and governance.
