Mosaic Service Partners in Washington, DC (hybrid) seeks a Director of Field Marketing to lead local strategies and scale enterprise capabilities. You will drive WoW's marketing foundation, manage a substantial budget, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, and Growth Strategy to expand the portfolio of brand partners.

The role blends hands-on local execution with strategic enterprise planning, shaping Mosaic's field marketing playbook for current and future growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience leading field/local/multi-market strategy.
• Strong cross-functional influence and lean-environment experience.
• Strong digital fluency across paid media, SEO, website, CRM, analytics and attribution.

Responsibilities

• Build and own WoW local marketing strategy and budget (> $1M).
• Drive demand-generation across digital and local channels with data-driven optimization.
• Coach and develop local marketing talent with clear priorities and feedback.
• Collaborate with VP Marketing to build Field Marketing playbook and operating model.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Contact Center to align demand and revenue.
• Partner on geographic expansion plans leveraging local-market insights.
