Job summary

Mosaic Consulting Group is seeking a remote Sales Director to drive enterprise sales and build strategic relationships across large, distributed teams. You will lead multi-stakeholder pursuits, align with UKG sales teams, and expand Mosaic’s advisory and implementation services to meet complex workforce needs.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of consultative sales success in enterprise accounts, strong executive communication, and comfort navigating long sales cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of consultative or enterprise sales experience.
• Experience selling services to enterprise accounts across industries.
• Proven ability to lead multi-threaded opportunities and influence C-suite.
• Comfort with remote selling and travel as needed.
• Experience with UKG or similar ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mosaic’s UKG-focused services with executive presence.
• Develop and execute account strategies for enterprise prospects and clients.
• Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Run discovery to translate operational realities into a quantified value narrative.
• Coordinate internal and partner resources to scope solutions and roadmaps.
• Drive opportunity management, forecasting, and deal governance with CRM visibility.
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision: Guide, Anticipate, Exceed.
