Job summary

Diversified USA is seeking a Marketing Director to lead marketing across ASAP and IOFM portfolios at a pivotal moment, shifting toward enterprise B2B acquisition. You will design go-to-market frameworks, team structure, and marketing standards to drive long-term growth.

You’ll lead a team of eight, own two revenue streams, and partner with sales to build demand engines, nurture programs, and lifecycle marketing that increase customer lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Built or evolved a marketing function in a high-growth or transformation context.
• Experience in enterprise marketing, ABM, and multi-stakeholder buyer journeys.
• MBA and exposure to professional associations, events, education, or community businesses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy and positioning for ASAP and IOFM, with buyer personas and competitive insights.
• Lead thought leadership through research, white papers, case studies, and POV content on workforce development and ROI.
• Build and run multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing programs with sales,
• Grow sponsor and exhibitor demand and co-marketing with partners.
• Own lifecycle marketing from awareness to renewal, including nurture programs and retention efforts.
• Equip sales with enterprise-focused assets, including ROI calculators and audience profiles.
• Lead a team of eight, building playbooks and cross-functional agreements with events, content, digital, and sales.
• Own marketing-sourced revenue and pipeline goals, with budget stewardship and KPI dashboards.
• Direct budget and vendor relationships, evaluate marketing tech like Marketo/Salesforce, and explore AI tools.
