Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a Senior Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness to own current and future KPI strategy across US Animal Health with field-facing teams. You will lead segmentation, targeting roadmaps with global plans, and drive compliance partnerships while communicating updates to leadership.

The role also supports CRM systems and contributes to ideation, development, and rollout to field teams. Expect matrixed collaboration and monthly leadership deliverables.

Formación

• Progressive leadership experience in the U.S. Animal Health or pharmaceutical sales/marketing.
• 7+ years in related roles with at least 3 years of people leadership.
• Strong CRM knowledge and analytics capabilities.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Owns KPI strategy and automation for US Animal Health.
• Leads multi-channel go-to-market initiatives with cross-functional teams.
