Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate Director of Human Resource Business Partner & HR Operations.

This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Animal Health and related functions, translating priorities into integrated people and organizational strategies. The incumbent will lead organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership development, and culture initiatives while partnering with COEs to deliver high-impact HR solutions at

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar discipline.
Minimum eight (8) years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least two (2) years in an HR Business Partner/HR Generalist role.
Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent selection, workforce planning, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience working cross-culturally with diverse colleagues in a global environment.
Demonstrated success in a matrix environment and across business functions.

Responsibilities

Act as internal consultant to leaders to achieve business goals.
Advise on organizational effectiveness and alignment of processes and people.
Drive workforce planning and talent development initiatives across the HR function.
Partner with leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives.
Translate strategic priorities into coordinated action and governance.
