Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health USA is seeking an Associate Director of Commercial Training & Development. The role leads training strategy for a specified species area, advises leadership, and tailors curricula to go-to-market plans.

You will orchestrate a mix of internal and external resources to deliver training across customer-facing teams and leadership development programs. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in business, ideally with pharma/animal health exposure;

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related field with at least 7 years progressive experience.
• Experience in animal health or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Sales training or sales management experience highly preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with multiple disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary Training Lead for Species; design and develop training materials (Selling Skills, Business Skills, Coaching, Sales Management Development, CFT, Advanced Training).
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, HR, and external vendors to create annual training plans for audiences.
• Influence stakeholders and evolve training strategies; manage end-to-end curricula and materials.
• Lead cross-species leadership development initiatives and act as a key business partner to the Species Marketing team.
