GlobalFoundries in the United States is seeking a proven Field Application Engineering leader to drive technical engagement and design-win strategy across our most strategic accounts. You will lead a team of FAEs, shape roadmaps, and translate complex semiconductor solutions into meaningful business outcomes.

The role partners with account teams and executives to accelerate revenue growth, nurture talent, and ensure customer success from evaluation through production ramp.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical organizations.

• Lead and inspire a world-class team of Field Application Engineers for GF's largest strategic accounts.
• Drive growth by identifying and advancing new business opportunities with account managers.
