Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Boston seeks a Family Engagement and Comprehensive Services Coordinator to ensure delivery of services across five BPK programs. You will build strong relationships with families, educators, and partners to promote health and wellbeing and support learning readiness.

Reporting to the Regional Director of Early Education, this full-time role requires collaboration with Boston Public Schools and provision of referrals as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Proven record of youth development and family engagement.
• Experience with ACA & NAEYC accreditation preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with Boston Public Schools.
• Strong communication skills in written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain respectful relationships with families, educators, administrators, and community partners.
• Engage one on one with families and serve as a resource for UPK and YMCA of Greater Boston.
• Share the program's Family Engagement Plan with enrolled families annually.
• Implement and facilitate components of the family engagement plan across the five BPK programs.
