Job summary

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) seeks a Program Director to lead the Family Resource Center in Western Massachusetts, overseeing contractual relationships and communications with EOHHS and DCF while coordinating with families on center activities.

The ideal candidate holds a BA in Human Services, has 5 years of staff supervision and program management experience, and demonstrates excellent communication. BHN offers a purpose-driven workplace with growth opportunities and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

  • BA Degree in Human Services or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in staff supervision and program management.
  • Familiarity with DCF and other state agencies.
  • Knowledge of managing contractual relationships with funders and managing a program.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work with client populations from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage FRC Contractual Relationships.
  • Manage relationship with the Administrative Services Organization (ASO) and ensures program adherence to all ASO guidelines and requirements.
  • Develops and maintains MOUs with community organizations and agencies.
  • Reviews and analyzes reports to meet program benchmarks.
  • Plans and participates with families in various FRC activities.
  • Assumes some of the functions of the Assistant Program Director as needed.
  • Conducts community outreach throughout catchment area to foster community partnerships and increase awareness of the Family Resource Center.
