You will oversee monthly and quarterly close, statutory reporting, and the adoption of new accounting pronouncements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of accounting and reporting/regulatory experience.
• Strong internal controls and SOX compliance experience.
• Experience with US GAAP and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC reporting team's preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K filings with GAAP and SEC requirements.
• Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures for accuracy.
• Manage Workiva-based preparation of reports and proxy materials.
• Lead technical accounting reviews and adoption of new accounting standards.
• Collaborate with legal, tax and other partners on disclosures and statutory reporting.
