Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company, headquartered in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Global Management Reporting Analyst to create and automate financial reports for executive management and business units. You will design and maintain OneStream-based reports, standardize processes, and deliver insights to help decision-makers across Enterprise Finance and IT.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of accounting/finance experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with OneStream and other reporting

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, accounting, or MIS.
• 1+ year of accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with financial reporting systems (OneStream).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future for employment visa status.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports for global Business Units and Enterprise Finance.
• Build reports and spreadsheets using multiple data sources to meet business requirements.
• Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports for leadership updates.
• Work with partners in Enterprise Finance, Business Unit Finance, and IT to improve data collection processes and support cross-functional projects.
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, dashboards, and key insights to leadership team.
• Maintain and enhance Management Reporting SharePoint site and ensure flows are functioning as expected.
