Encore is seeking a Director, Event Technology II in Dallas, TX to drive revenue and profitability for assigned venues. You will lead a team to deliver World-Class service, manage venue relationships, and steward financial results across multiple event outcomes.

The role requires AV expertise, strong leadership, and a track record in operations/supervision. On-site work with potential travel and a focus on customer satisfaction is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of audio-visual experience.
• 2+ years in operations or supervisory roles.
• 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of AV equipment in live shows.
• Proficiency with computer hardware and Office software.
• Strong leadership and customer satisfaction focus.
• Valid driver’s license required for team vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Drive results by managing an efficient operation with revenue focus.
• Achieve financial goals by controlling labor, equipment, and costs.
• Use reports to monitor performance and submit on time.
• Coordinate invoicing and ensure client billing accuracy.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts for the home location.
• Participate in business reviews with regional management.
• Review location P&L and develop growth action plans.
• Ensure venue partner payments are processed timely.
• Oversee daily floor operations, scheduling and setups.
• Deliver World-Class service and maintain client relationships.
• Lead and develop the venue team through coaching and training.
