Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in higher ed, hospitality, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience in AV, events, or live production.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead student staff.
• Familiar with 25Live or similar event scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for planning and executing campus events.
• Oversee staffing, facilities, resources, and technology for events.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop student staff.
• Coordinate with campus partners, vendors, and clients.
• Evaluate events post-completion to improve service.
