Job summary

Cornerstones seeks a Director to lead the Crest Community Center, guiding equitable services and housing stability initiatives. You will oversee operations, develop collaborations with partner agencies, and advance residents’ empowerment and access to programs at the center.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, MSW preferred, and at least 5 years directing community services, with bilingual abilities as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an applicable human services field or commensurate experience with community building, housing stability, and youth enrichment programs. Master’s degree preferred.
• MSW plus two years post-Master’s experience a plus.
• Verbal and written proficiency in English/Spanish or English/Arabic a preferred.
• 5 years of experience directing and managing community center service delivery and operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operation of the Crest Community Center.
• Creates an inclusive and equitable environment where all residents can thrive.
• Manages partnerships and service delivery of Cornerstones programs and partner agencies co-located at the Crest Community Center.
• Leads and coaches staff in advancing strong partnerships, equitable services, and resident empowerment.
• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with community leaders.
