Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• At least 2 years’ supervisory experience required.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with justice-impacted individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision grounded in relational accountability.
• Lead cross-sector planning committee for the initiative.
• Monitor program deliverables and ensure compliance with performance indicators.
