Legends Global is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation to lead high-priority initiatives from launch to completion, embedding with business owners to craft plans, business cases, and sustainable operating models. You will build financial models and ROI analyses across functions, while aligning executives to accelerate adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years progressive experience in operations, finance, strategy, or transformation.
• Hands-on operating experience with a P&L, budget, forecasting, or cost control.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical plans with business cases.
• Strong financial acumen across P&L, cash flow, budgeting and ROI.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional work and influence executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with concise executive materials.
• Experience in operating companies, consulting, FP&A, or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Experience in sports, entertainment, hospitality, live events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embed with accountable business owners and drive initiatives to completion against defined success criteria.
• Own the weekly operating cadence, integrated work plan, milestones, dependencies, and escalations.
• Contribute to business cases, financial models, and current/future state process maps.
• Produce concise, decision-ready materials for Executive Leadership.
