Legends Global is seeking a Director, Enterprise Transformation to lead a portfolio of high-priority initiatives. You will embed with business owners, shape plans, build business cases, and drive value realization across the enterprise.

Based in the New York Metro area (preferred) or Dallas, you will manage end-to-end delivery, coordinate with Finance, and present decision-ready materials to executives. Office-based role with regular travel to venues and corporate offices.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in operations, finance, strategy, or transformation with measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on operating experience with a business metric, budget, or P&L.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical plans by building business cases, modeling financial impacts, mapping processes, and identifying dependencies.
• Strong financial acumen across P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, savings, ROI, and scenario analysis.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional work and influence senior executives without formal authority.
