TransPerfect is seeking a Director of Business Development to grow its enterprise consulting business by uncovering complex client challenges and crafting consulting-led solutions for global organizations.

You will engage senior executives to understand priorities, quantify impact, and assemble TransPerfect’s capabilities across consulting, technology, digital, data, AI, and operations to address them.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting sales or related field.
• Proven success selling complex, consultative solutions to large organizations.
• Ability to originate opportunities before formal buying processes.
• Ability to build executive-level conversations with C-suite and VP-level decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on enterprise consulting and transformation opportunities.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with senior business and technology leaders, including C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Lead multi-stakeholder discovery conversations to understand clients’ strategic objectives and transformation priorities.
• Uncover the underlying business problem and connect it to measurable outcomes such as growth, efficiency, or risk.
• Develop proposals, presentations, project scopes, and commercial agreements.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
