Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, IT, or related discipline.
• 7 years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years in matrixed organizations.
• Large data transformation experience supporting enterprise data architecture, integrity, analytics, or member experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, develop, reward and manage staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Design and manage the enterprise strategic planning process.
• Define strategic objectives and long-range goals.
• Align strategy and execution across business units.
• Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios, and tech-enabled transformations.
• Lead governance, coordination and management of processes in a matrixed org.
• Provide executive reporting and updates; manage escalations and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure workload balance and resource allocation; address risks and remediation.
