Job summary

Veralto seeks a Director, Enterprise Strategic Programs to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives including ERP and digital transformation. Remote-based with travel to Chicago, Colorado, or Boston, reporting to the CIO, the role builds PMO structures and governance, coordinates with providers, and drives AI initiatives that impact P&L.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in cross-functional program leadership, strong executive communication, and experience with external partners.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
Experience establishing governance frameworks, PMO, reporting cadences.
Experience managing large-scale programs with external consulting firms or SI.
Executive-level communication and ability to drive execution without direct authority.
Willing to travel 10–20% and reside in US locations (Chicago, Colorado, or Boston).

Responsibilities

Oversee enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
Establish governance structures, reporting cadences, and escalation mechanisms.
Coordinate with external consulting firms, SIs, and service providers.
Develop executive-level reporting, dashboards, and governance materials.
Drive alignment across stakeholders and enable scalable AI, data, and tech programs.
