Job summary

Veralto Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise BI to lead our global BI strategy, governance, and delivery organization.

This highly visible role will drive the evolution of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities while enabling scalable, governed self-service analytics across the company. The successful candidate will lead a global team of BI professionals and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in BI, analytics, or data platforms.
• 4+ years of people leadership in a global or matrixed organization.
• Proven experience leading enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption, and product delivery.
• Deep expertise with Power BI, DAX, SQL, semantic models, data modeling, governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of governance, KPI standardization, and analytics best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, portfolio prioritization, backlog management, and JIRA governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a global multi-level BI organization with delivery excellence.
• Define and execute enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance, and reporting portfolio.
• Oversee analytics platforms including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting.
• Establish enterprise standards for BI architecture, KPI definitions, data governance, and security.
• Manage the complete BI product lifecycle from intake to adoption and support.
• Modernize legacy reporting and migrate to future-state analytics platforms.
• Enable governed self-service analytics through programs and user communities.
• Partner with global stakeholders to prioritize investments and maximize value.
• Oversee backlog, portfolio planning, JIRA governance, releases, and performance metrics.
• Support advanced analytics and AI initiatives with governance teams.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.
