Job summary

Veralto is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Business Intelligence to lead our global BI strategy, governance, and delivery.

You will drive enterprise reporting and scalable self-service analytics, leading a worldwide team of BI professionals and partnering with business and technology leaders. The role demands deep BI expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to translate data into strategic decisions across commercial, finance, service, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field.
• 6+ years in BI, analytics, enterprise reporting, or data platforms.
• 4+ years of people leadership in global/matrixed settings.
• Proven experience leading enterprise BI strategy, governance, adoption and delivery.
• Deep expertise with BI platforms, data modeling, security, and governance.
• Experience with Agile methods, backlog, and JIRA governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global multi-level BI organization, fostering talent and delivery excellence.
• Define and execute the enterprise BI strategy, roadmap, governance, and portfolio.
• Oversee analytics platforms such as Power BI, Fabric, OTBI/BIP, Salesforce reporting.
• Establish enterprise BI standards for architecture, data quality, security, and KPI definitions.
• Manage BI product lifecycle from intake to deployment, adoption, and training.
• Modernize legacy reporting and migrate to future-state platforms.
• Enable governed self-service analytics through enterprise programs.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to prioritize investments and drive value.
• Oversee backlog management, portfolio planning, and release governance.
• Support AI, data science, and analytics initiatives with governance teams.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leaders.
