Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director, Enterprise Rewards Partner to drive strategic initiatives and operating model enhancements across compensation, benefits, HR M&A, mobility, recognition, and health and wellness. This remote role reports to the Senior Director, Global Compensation and partners with Total Rewards leaders globally.

You will influence governance, executive reviews, and cross-functional programs, while providing compensation consultation and analytics to corporate functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in compensation, related fields, or in a large global company.
• Experience with technology solutions enabling a global people strategy; Workday experience a plus.
• Strong technical data skills including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards operating models and governance structures.
• Develop governance frameworks to support enterprise decision-making, risk management, and execution across the Total Rewards portfolio.
• Serve as a strategic compensation partner for designated corporate functions with market insights and program guidance.
