Job summary

Cencora seeks a Director, Integrated Business Testing to validate transformation initiatives, govern testing strategy, and ensure business readiness before deployment. You will partner with program leads, stakeholders, and enablement teams to test real-world scenarios and minimize go-live disruption.

You’ll drive testing standards, coordinate across multiple initiatives, and lead risk-based decision making with data-driven assessments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading testing/QA/readiness for large-scale transformation.
• Experience validating complex cross-functional solutions.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to define/testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise testing strategy across transformation initiatives.
• Establish testing standards, approaches, and governance for functional, integration, and business-scenario testing.
• Partner with program leads to define testing scope, priorities, and success criteria.
• Ensure robust business participation with real-world scenarios and peak volumes.
• Coordinate testing schedules and dependencies across initiatives.
• Monitor test execution, defects, and quality indicators; escalate risks.
• Prioritize and track issues to resolution.
• Collaborate with Process Redesign, OCM, and Training teams for end-to-end readiness.
• Support go-live decisions with data-driven readiness assessments.
• Participate in cutover planning and readiness reviews.
• Capture lessons learned to improve testing across waves.
