Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director, Integrated Business Testing to lead validation and readiness for large-scale transformations. You will define testing strategy, govern standards for multiple testing domains, and partner with program leads to ensure real-world scenarios, peak volumes, and risk controls are addressed prior to go-live.

This role requires 10–12 years of leadership in testing and QA, a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees or certifications preferred), and strong ability to influence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10–12 years of experience leading testing, QA, or readiness for large-scale transformations.
• Strong track record in validating/testing complex, cross-functional solutions across enterprise initiatives.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define and validate testing scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Define and own enterprise testing strategy across transformation initiatives.
• Establish testing standards, approaches, and governance for functional, integration, and business-scenario testing.
• Coordinate testing schedules and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Monitor defect trends and quality indicators; elevate risks as needed.
• Support go-live decision-making with data-driven readiness assessments.
