Job summary

TechDigital Group in Richardson, TX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Test Strategy Lead to establish the readiness framework for a phased migration across a large application portfolio. This role requires coordinating across EUC, infrastructure, security, and product teams to ensure consistent validation and sign-off.

You will define testing governance, readiness metrics, and evidence standards for certification, while driving Go/No-Go decisions for pilot activations and deployment waves.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise test strategy and governance.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Knowledge of browser modernization initiatives and cross-browser testing.
• Experience with application certification and sign-off processes.
• Ability to report readiness metrics to executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop the overall testing and validation strategy for the initiative.
• Define testing workstreams, scope, risks, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Establish testing governance and accountability across teams.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Define evidence standards and certification criteria.
• Monitor and report readiness and status metrics.
• Support Go/No-Go decisions for pilots and deployment waves.
