Job summary

Amplify is seeking a strategic, operationally focused Director of Business Systems Technology to evolve our enterprise ecosystem. You will lead the Core 4 stack (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, Boomi) and champion AI-driven workflows to enhance productivity and data-driven decisions.

You will align technology initiatives with business goals, manage vendor relationships, and drive scalable, reliable systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading business systems development with expert knowledge in at least two Core 4 platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday or Boomi).
• Experience growing and optimizing a complex SaaS ecosystem with proactive improvements.
• Proven ability to lead delivery velocity using Agile/Scrum principles.
• Extensive experience managing consultants and staff augmentation with fiscal discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across technology and business teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Team and Resource Management: lead delivery team and develop talent.
• Own SDLC process and long-term roadmap for core enterprise apps.
• Drive AI-driven workflows and automation across the enterprise.
• Manage vendor relationships and external consultants.
• Partner with Systems leadership and business teams to align tech with goals.
• Collaborate with Amplify data team to ensure data integrity.
• Improve internal delivery processes and operational efficiency.
