Job summary

Fastly is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture, Automation and Integration to align business processes with technology and drive an 18–36 month roadmap. You will report to the CIO and influence Go-to-Market and Financial Systems while ensuring cohesive, secure, and scalable enterprise solutions.

You will lead governance, data flows, and AI governance across critical systems, manage automation initiatives, and guide teams to implement scalable integrations and iPaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, MIS, or CS.
• 12+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Integrations, Automation, or Business Technology.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Proven experience designing complex data integration pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office ecosystems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa).

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic plans and long-term technology roadmap (18–36 months).
• Own implementation decisions and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Translate business strategy into EAAI plans.
• Govern governance policies, security baselines, and interoperability standards.
• Lead enterprise iPaaS platforms and data pipelines.
• Drive automation via digital workers and RPA.
• Oversee AI governance and vendor risk assessments.
• Collaborate with Go-to-Market and Financial Systems teams.
