Job summary

Amplify seeks a Chief Information Officer to transform our technology platform and drive scale across classrooms, operations, and revenue systems. You will own strategy for Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and hundreds of applications, while leading a 175-person team and partnering with Finance, CTO, and COO.

The role emphasizes AI enablement, risk management, and governance, with a focus on improving classroom experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Led a large IT/Business Systems organization within a complex, multi-channel business.
Experience driving enterprise AI adoption with governance and measurable outcomes.
Owned modern core stacks (CRM/ERP/HRIS) and large application portfolios with cost discipline.
Strong partnership with CFOs, auditors, and governance frameworks (SOC/SOX/GITC).
Built and evolved organizational structures to balance governance with agile delivery.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and optimization for core tech stack (Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, HubSpot) and 400+ applications.
Lead internal AI Transformation team and rollout tools with governance for safe rapid adoption.
Partner with Finance and external auditors to ensure transaction integrity and audit readiness.
Lead a 175-person blended workforce and evolve the organization for strategic vs. delivery arms.
Streamline governance and empower teams to deliver pragmatic solutions quickly.
