Job summary

Stripe is seeking a seasoned leader to head the Enterprise Hunter Solutions Architecture Team. You will recruit and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering team, drive strategic engagements with C-level executives, and align with Sales, Marketing, and Product to win large enterprise deals.

The role requires a strong SaaS/payments background and travel up to 25%. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technical sales/GTM, 3+ years in pre-sales leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in pre-sales leadership and 10+ years in technical sales/consulting/GTM functions.
Track record leading solution architecture/engineering teams in SaaS, usage-based, or payments.
Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, and retain a world-class pre-sales team.
Be the advocate for the solution architecture team within Stripe.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Partners, and Product.
Lead executive-level engagements and drive revenue growth with key customers.
Stay current on industry trends to shape strategy and customer engagements.
