Job summary

Affirm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Director, Key & Enterprise Sales to lead our UK/Europe enterprise GTM and govern major merchant relationships across fashion, beauty, electronics, and more. You will oversee five senior Account Executives and report to the Head of International Sales, guiding strategic opportunities to measurable growth.

You will build executive relationships, refine the GTM strategy, and ensure cross-functional alignment across Product/Legal/Risk/CS to accelerate deals,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution selling experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
• Proven track record selling into large enterprise merchants across various industries.
• Experience shaping operating models, sales processes, or commercial strategies at scale.
• Ability to translate strategy into operating rhythms and scale a team/organization.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution with Product/Legal/Risk/CS.
• Strong CRM hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of senior Account Executives, aligning on regional priorities.
• Own executive stakeholder management and negotiations with strategic partners.
• Define and evolve the UK/Europe enterprise GTM strategy and operating model.
• Influence planning with market insights, merchant feedback, and competitive trends.
• Own end-to-end outcomes from signature through launch and first-year expansion.
• Travel regularly to lead executive engagements and planning sessions.
