Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Retail Sales to lead a senior Account Executive team across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle retailers. You will shape enterprise GTM strategy, coach senior AEs, and drive revenue with cross-functional partners in a remote-first environment.

You will guide complex, multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, and own forecast health and pipeline progression, while aligning with company objectives and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise sales or related leadership roles.
• Proven success selling to large retail merchants.
• Experience leading senior, quota-carrying Account Executives.
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior Account Executives, setting expectations and driving results.
• Own team performance across pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal progression, and revenue outcomes.
• Coach through complex, strategic opportunities and negotiate effectively.
• Build relationships with senior leaders at major retail merchants and engage in high-priority opportunities.
• Shape and evolve Enterprise Retail GTM strategy with senior leadership.
• Drive outcomes by partnering across Product, Client Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and RevOps.
• Enhance sales processes using data, AI, and modern tools.
• Travel as needed for merchant meetings and events.
