You will guide a team of risk professionals and partner with business units to embed strong risk culture, with a focus on operational resilience and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years in financial services with strong operational risk knowledge.
• Proven ability to analyze risk data and influence leadership decisions.
• Expert business writing to create procedures and management reports.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating cross‑functional risk activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, own and manage risks within processes and products.
• Design preventative and detective controls for business activities.
• Maintain evidence of control execution and drive remediation plans.
• Coordinate Risk & Control Self‑Assessment (RCSA) with the business.
• Provide risk reporting to senior management and governance committees.
