Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of work experience in financial services or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Control function as the Bank’s 1LOD and manage risk controls.
• Develop and maintain RCSA processes, KRIs and KCIs for ongoing monitoring.
• Coordinate risk reporting to senior management and governance committees.
• Drive remediation of control deficiencies and support regulatory/audit reviews.
