Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an Operations Associate in the Business Control Office to strengthen risk and control practices across enterprise operations. The role engages with Operations, Credit, Commercial Banking, Finance, Technology, Audit, Compliance, ERM and Legal.

You will help execute the Risk and Controls Self-Assessment program, support issues and complaints management, and document controls with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with RCSAs and enterprise risk in banking.
• Experience identifying risks and controls, guiding risk assessments.
• Strong banking ops knowledge and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and maintenance of RCSAs across enterprise operations.
• Support LOB teams in risk assessment and control rationalization.
• Facilitate workshops with 2LOD, Audit, Compliance, ERM.
• Maintain risk data in source systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Review policies to document process maps, risks and controls.
• Document risks and controls for change management and releases.
• Lead meetings with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Prepare leadership reporting on risk and controls.
• Support Issues and Complaints Management program.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
