Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director of Retail Design & Decor to define and execute the enterprise retail design strategy across all customer-facing environments. You will lead the development, governance, and execution of interior design standards for flooring, lighting, wayfinding, signage, and brand alignment across Pharmacy, Front Store, MinuteClinic, and Specialty Health Services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in retail design, store planning, visual merchandising, architecture or related fields.
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and enterprise initiatives.
• Experience building enterprise retail design strategies and standards.
• Experience leading multi-site retail programs including openings and remodels.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners across many disciplines.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
