Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to lead cross-functional transformations across Operations, IT, Finance, Product and Clinical. You will own the roadmap from opportunity assessment to implementation and value realization, delivering data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You’ll influence without direct authority, manage budgets and risks, develop ROI/TCO models, and translate challenges into actionable roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven record leading enterprise-scale process improvements.
• Experience with ROI/TCO modeling and financial justification.
• Strong ability to influence executives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap from opportunity assessment to implementation and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and other functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Align initiatives to measurable outcomes including cost savings, efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Present progress, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
• Transition sustained benefit tracking to accountable operational owners.
