TriState Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise initiatives that align with business objectives, ensuring delivery within time, scope, and budget. The role covers origination, planning, execution and finalization per bank procedures, coordinating internal and external resources to achieve milestones.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree and 7–10 years of technology project management experience; banking experience plus PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects through lifecycle.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with proper verification.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools.
• Lead stand-ups and status meetings from daily to weekly.
• Prepare status reports and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain projects in the bank's PMO system.
• Define scope, requirements, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure resource availability and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Develop and monitor project plans and progress.
• Conduct risk assessments with team members to minimize risk.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and clients throughout projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
