Job summary

Phamily is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the enterprise services team, guiding pre-contract support through implementation, growth, and renewal. This executive leader will drive measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and act as sponsor for strategic client relationships.

The role requires strong healthcare technology, governance, and revenue-cycle expertise, with a focus on scalable, repeatable success programs across a growing SaaS/healthcare services

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise customer engagement, professional services, or customer success.
• Experience with enterprise health systems or digital health preferred.
• Proven track record managing C-level relationships and ARR of $10M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive relationships across a portfolio of health systems and strategic accounts.
• Sponsor high-value client relationships and run governance, QBRs, and strategic planning.
• Build and coach a high-performing Professional Services organization.
• Develop scalable operating rhythms, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to drive outcomes.
