Job summary

Jaan Health is seeking a Director of Professional Services to lead the enterprise services team across healthcare customers, from pre-contract support through implementation, growth, and renewal. The role reports to the Vice President, Product, and requires building executive relationships with health systems.

The ideal candidate blends healthcare tech experience with leadership, operations, and revenue cycle know-how, establishing scalable playbooks, governance, and customer success programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise customer engagement, professional services, or related fields.
• Experience with enterprise health systems, healthcare technology, value-based care, or digital health.
• Proven success managing relationships with C-level stakeholders and driving renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services team across enterprise health systems from pre-contract to renewal.
• Establish engagement governance, executive business reviews, success metrics, and best practices.
• Drive measurable clinical, operational, and financial outcomes and ensure customer retention.
• Develop scalable playbooks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to drive visibility and accountability.
