Galaxy is seeking a Director, Product Manager for the Institutional Platform to own the end-to-end integration experience for enterprise clients. You will work with client tech/ops teams and Galaxy’s engineering, trading, and operations groups to deliver smooth onboarding and scalable documentation.

You will translate client requirements into technical specs, drive related tooling, and prioritize roadmap improvements based on real integration data and feedback.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, solutions engineering, or related technical role with majority in digital assets

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end product experience for institutional integrations with Galaxy’s platform
• Translate client requirements into clear technical specs and documentation
• Develop runbooks, API references, and integration guides for enterprise clients
• Collaborate with client engineering and operations to troubleshoot onboarding
• Define onboarding metrics and report progress to leadership
• Represent client voice in prioritization of platform improvements
