Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking an experienced Product leader to shape and deliver the future of our enterprise Document Management Platform, serving internal teams and end users across loan origination, servicing, and internal workflows.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, work hands-on with engineering, write user stories, prioritize the backlog, and drive delivery from discovery to adoption while influencing senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management ownership of complex products from strategy through execution.
• Hands-on product experience including building roadmaps, writing requirements and user stories, managing backlogs, supporting testing, and driving delivery.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions for internal customers and external users.
• Strong technology fluency and ability to partner with Engineering on integrations and tradeoffs.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product vision, strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end experience for an enterprise shared platform.
• Stay hands-on throughout the lifecycle, translating needs into requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering to design scalable, reusable capabilities across teams and product experiences.
• Build relationships across the enterprise, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of shared capabilities.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities to simplify experiences and reduce manual work.
• Lead and develop a Product team while remaining an active contributor in execution.
